What is the delivery time?
Our packages are usually delivered within the following time frames:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Sat)
  • Delivery time: 2 to 6 business days (Mon-Sat)

This time frame results from our commitment to environmental protection. We do not ship orders daily – we collect packages in larger quantities and send them at once after reaching a minimum number of orders. We hope you understand and that together we contribute to creating a better and healthier world.

What is your return policy?
You may want to return an order – regardless of the reason (e.g., you don't like the product). You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, is refundable. The only cost on your side is the fee for sending the package back to the warehouse. This cost depends on the product and packaging – exact prices can be checked on the carrier's website. If you want to exercise this right, contact us at info@loshfashion.com. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the return notification, provided the product is returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. Please handle the product carefully and pack it properly before returning.

Can I cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order (or part of it) at our discretion, at any time after it has been placed – even after receiving confirmation or card payment authorization.

If the order is canceled after card authorization, the refund will be made to the original payment method. For cancellations after placing the order, a fee of 15 EUR is charged – regardless of how quickly after placing the order it was canceled – because the payment processing company charges us a cancellation fee.

Note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received incorrect, missing, or damaged products. Provide the order number, product photos, and other relevant information – send them to info@loshfashion.com. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are online purchases safe?
When placing an order, all data is entered on a page secured with SSL protocol. The data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider's network, where it is authorized. Your card data is not stored on our servers.

What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer free standard shipping for customers in France.

Where is my package?
After preparing the package, we hand it over to the courier company, and you receive a message with a link to track the shipment.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in several parts.

Why is my package tracking not working?
In some cases, the courier company may need 1–2 business days to update the shipment status. Please be patient and understanding.

Want to exchange a product?
No problem! Contact us at info@loshfashion.com. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Wrong delivery address?
If you accidentally provided an incorrect address, contact us by email as soon as possible. We will try to make the changes.
