What is the delivery time?
Our packages are usually delivered within the following times:

  • Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days (Mon-Sat)
  • Delivery time: 2 to 6 business days (Mon-Sat)

This timeframe reflects our commitment to environmental protection. We don't ship orders daily—we collect packages in larger quantities and ship them once a minimum order quantity is met. We hope you understand this, and together we can contribute to a better and healthier world.

What is your returns policy?
You may wish to return your order for any reason (e.g., you don't like the product). You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After canceling, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. The full order amount, including shipping, will be refunded. The only cost is the return shipping fee. This cost depends on the product and packaging – exact prices can be found on the carrier's website. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at info@loshfashion.com . Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return request, provided the item is returned in good condition.

If the product is damaged or its packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund. Please handle the product carefully and package it appropriately before returning it.

Can I cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline your order (or any part of it) at our discretion at any time after you place your order – even after we have received confirmation or authorisation for your card payment.

If an order is canceled after your card has been authorized, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you cancel after placing your order, a €15 fee applies—regardless of how soon after placing the order—because the payment processor charges us a cancellation fee.

Please note: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing, or damaged items. Please include your order number, product photos, and any other relevant information and send it to info@loshfashion.com . We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is online shopping safe?
When placing an order, you enter all your information on an SSL-secured page. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider's network, where it is authorized. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

What are the shipping costs?
We currently offer free standard shipping for customers in France.

Where is my package?
Once the package is ready, we hand it over to the courier company and you will receive a message with a link to track your shipment.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in several parts.

Why isn't tracking my package working?
In some cases, the courier company may require 1-2 business days to update the status of your shipment. We ask for your patience and understanding.

No problem! Contact us at info@loshfashion.com . Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Incorrect delivery address?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will endeavor to make the changes.
