Returns and refunds policy

The moment you send the first email to our customer service department regarding a return, the service process will begin. Due to the high volume of requests, we are not always able to respond immediately. There is no need to send multiple messages – your request will be processed as quickly as possible. We strive to respond within 24 hours and will be happy to assist you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the received order, contact us. At Losh Fashion, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the products purchased. If you have any problems with delivery or the product – write to us, and our team will quickly assist you.

You may want to return an order because the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason why you do not want to keep it. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return the order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The cost of sending the goods back to our return address is covered by the customer. The return cost is about 25 euros per package – check the exact prices on your carrier's website.

Step 1: Request a return form by writing to: info@loshfashion.com
Provide the order number, your email address, and the reason for the return. We will process your request as quickly as possible and provide instructions on how to return the goods.

Step 2: Return the order
Send the goods along with the completed return form to the address provided in the form. Don't forget to add the tracking number to the package – as the sender, you are responsible for it and we want to avoid misunderstandings.

Step 3: Refund
After receiving the package, we will refund the money within 14 business days.

Return terms and guidelines:

Products must be unused, intact, and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, hygienic products cannot be returned. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the money using the same payment method used for the purchase.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was received – unused and in the original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us: info@loshfashion.com – always provide the order number. If your return is accepted, we will send a form and instructions on how and where to send the package. Products come directly from our supplier and must also be returned to them. Our supplier is based in China.

Return shipments sent without prior contact with us will not be accepted.

What is the time frame for returning an order?
You have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to make a return.

How long does the refund take?
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. After receiving and checking the products, we will process the refund. Please note that most financial institutions need 3–5 business days to process the return.

What is a proof of dispatch?
This is the proof you receive when sending the return – always keep it. It confirms that you have sent back the order.

Why can't underwear, masks, hygienic products, and cosmetics be returned?
These products are treated as hygienic goods. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept their returns – this is standard practice with other suppliers as well.

What to do if the product is damaged or defective?
Please send photos showing the damage or poor quality of the product. Ideally, the photos should be taken on a flat, well-lit surface with the defect visible. This will help us resolve your issue faster.

Did you receive the wrong product?
We do everything to ensure the shipment matches the order, but mistakes can happen. In such cases, we will send the correct product at no additional cost. Contact us if there is a delivery error.

Can I make a return without prior contact?
No. You must first contact us – the return address depends on the supplier who fulfilled your order.

Do I have to cover the return costs?
Yes. Return costs are borne by the customer. We recommend sending the package with a tracking number – we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
