Returns and refunds policy
Once you send your first email to our customer service team regarding your return, the processing process begins. Due to the high volume of requests, we're not always able to respond immediately. There's no need to send multiple messages – your request will be reviewed as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours and are happy to help.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. At Losh Fashion, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you have any issues with your delivery or product, please contact us and our team will quickly assist you.
You may want to return your order because the product doesn't meet your expectations or for some other reason you don't want to keep it. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The cost of returning the goods to our return address is the customer's responsibility. Returns are approximately €25 per package – please check the exact prices on your carrier's website.

Please include your order number, your email address, and the reason for the return. We will process your request as quickly as possible and provide instructions for returning the item.
Step 2: Sending back your order
Send the goods along with the completed returns form to the address provided on the form. Don't forget to include the tracking number in the package – as the sender, you are responsible for it and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Refund
Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, hygiene products cannot be returned. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it – unused and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@loshfashion.com – always include your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you a return form and instructions on how and where to return your package. Products come directly from our supplier and must be returned to them as well. Our supplier is based in China.
Returns sent without prior contact with us will not be accepted.

What is the return deadline for an order?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to make a return.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for your purchase. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue your refund. Please note that most financial institutions require 3-5 business days to process your refund.
What is proof of posting?
This is the receipt you receive when your return is shipped – please keep it. It proves that you have returned the order.
Why can't I return underwear, masks, hygiene products and cosmetics?
These products are considered hygiene products. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns – this is standard practice with other suppliers as well.
What to do if the product is damaged or faulty?
Please send us photos that show the damage or poor quality of the product. Ideally, photos should be taken on a flat, well-lit surface, with the defect visible. This will help us resolve your issue more quickly.
Have you received the wrong product?
We make every effort to ship your order correctly, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact us if there is a delivery error.
Can I make a return without prior contact?
No. You must contact us first – the return address depends on the supplier who fulfilled your order.
Do I have to cover the return costs?
Yes. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending a parcel with a tracking number – we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
