To operate in the most sustainable way possible and offer fair prices for our products, we have decided to pack orders in specific quantities. Once we reach the minimum quantity, all orders are shipped at once by our supplier. We hope you understand this approach and help us create a better and healthier world!

If the order was placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Central European Time – Amsterdam), it will be processed the same day:

After placing your order, you can easily check the estimated delivery date once it has been processed. You will receive an individual tracking code by email, which allows you to track your order using our Track & Trace app. Click the Track & Trace app to check your package's location.

Always free delivery
We cover all shipping costs. All orders are shipped free of charge to the specified address – with no minimum order value.
Lost package?
If the package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we always send a new shipment first before applying our return or refund policy.
Delivery to the door or pickup point
If the package was delivered to your address or left at the post office, the delivery costs are covered by Losh Fashion. If the package is not picked up or is rejected, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we have the right to deduct 25 EUR from the refund amount.
Why isn't my package tracking working?
In some cases, the courier company may need 1 to 2 business days to update the package location. In such cases, please be patient and understanding.
